A Shared Vision for the Borough

On the 29th of May, Rehoboth Property Group (RPG) had the privilege of welcoming the Bromley Council CEO, Mr. Ade Adetosoye, to The Hill Hub Bromley. He was given a tour of the building by RPG’s CEO Sanmi Adegoke and Geoff Leahy (Head of Design).

RPG is a company that views its buildings holistically, with community impact always at the crux of any development we undertake. With The Hill Hub, we continue the legacy of the Clarion Housing Association, which provided affordable housing for those in the borough. We will be providing affordable creative workspaces for the community to help individuals and businesses grow and thrive.

Our views and business model align perfectly with the aims of Bromley Council, as the regeneration of the borough is supercharged by the development of community spaces. Both parties are driven by a desire to elevate the well-being of those affected by their work. Our institutions are not profit-oriented but people-oriented, both internally and externally.

Mr. Adetosoye thoroughly enjoyed the tour, praised the central location of our building in the Bromley borough, which is in close proximity to many locals, and was excited to hear about the impact RPG plans to make in Bromley, particularly in the creative industry, by providing spaces to aid local SMEs, new start-ups, and support centres for the youth in the borough. He offered words of encouragement and expressed his willingness to provide all the necessary support to ensure our project thrives. We are thrilled and look forward to this partnership with Bromley Council.

On the 22nd of May, RPG launched our Social Impact Fund, which will allow us to increase the volume and efficiency of our developments. With the brilliant relationships we are building in Bromley, we look forward to bringing even more community-focused developments to the borough and creating spaces that positively impact the lives of locals.
