DIVERSITY & BARRIERS
RPI is a business that is familiar with the barriers minority groups face and the importance of representation. When Sanmi won this award, his team was so proud because they saw it was what they were working towards manifested. They saw it as a testament of ensuring a level playing field for everyone.
THE HILL HUB
This award was due to Sanmi’s vision and execution of The Hill Hub. This was completed during the wake of covid which meant there were tremendous obstacles in RPI’s path. However, this was nothing for Sanmi’s ambition and determination for legacy. He stepped up and offered leadership and guidance to The Hill Hub’s construction. Previously an old police station, this derelict building was saved from decay and revitalised with a new purpose to serve the local community once again. Sanmi successfully transformed trauma into triumph through The Hill Hub. Today, The Hill Hub is an award-winning coworking space that hosts an ecosystem of passionate entrepreneurs and business owners.
LEGACY LOOKING FORWARD
Legacy is at the core of Sanmi’s ethos. It is because of this strong principle and his commitment to it that he has been able to rise to a position to earn the title Entrepreneur of the Year by the UK Property Awards. Sanmi will continue to create ecosystems for people to prosper. Developments like The Hill Hub serve as a place for entrepreneurs and creatives to thrive, collaborate, and ultimately be successful.
