Leigh has spent over 12 years in the property development and investment industry. Previously Leigh was Land Director for a medium sized development company in North London where he was responsible for sourcing new deals, managing a small team of land buyers and overseeing the planning and development stages of a variety of different projects.

He then left to join forces with Sanmi Adegoke and together they invested and developed a wide range of deals across London, Kent, and Cambridgeshire. During his career, Leigh has negotiated and spearheaded many high-profile investment and development deals and has developed a thorough understanding of the market, development cycle, and planning process. 

Leigh is a renowned dealmaker with an emphasis on good relationships having collaborated with many industry leading professionals throughout his career. He has appraised and considered thousands of property development and investment deals around the country, allowing him to develop an intimate knowledge of the market.

Leigh is currently the Development Director at Rehoboth Property and looks after their growing team and pipeline of projects.
