Rehoboth Property Acquires Former Housing Association 66,000 SQFT Site In Bromley For New Creative Hub Space

Rehoboth Property Group, a premier real estate developer based in London, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 66,000 sq ft site in the heart of Bromley. Previously owned by the UK’s leading housing association, Clarion, the site located on Masons Hill will be repurposed into a multi-use creative space designed to meet the needs of the modern workforce and surrounding community.

Rehoboth Property Group plans to open the new co-working space in January 2024, with a series of events and workshops planned to celebrate the launch.

Boasting a unique approach to space optimisation, the project aims to combine modern meeting rooms, a nursery, start-up incubator hub for SMEs, creative studios, editing suites, wellbeing zones plus a co-working space and private offices all in one, all contributing to the socio economic development of the town.

Placing emphasis on sustainability and technology, the repurposing of the site will include a complete renovation of the interior, incorporating natural light and energy-efficient technology to create a space that not only meets the needs of its clients but also contributes positively to the environment.
