Annual reports will assess our impact, keeping us accountable and transparent in our mission to effect meaningful change.

Seed Properties

Rehoboth Property Group demonstrates its commitment to the Social Impact Fund by transferring seven strategically selected properties valued at £25,840,000. These include diverse spaces such as offices, co-working venues, event spaces, and residential buildings, each chosen for their potential to contribute to our social impact goals. We are in the process of refinancing £15 million in existing debt as part of this strategic initiative, highlighting our long-term commitment to the fund and its objectives.
