Rehoboth Property Group (RPG) had the honour of attending the UKREiiF annual event for 2024 (21st- 23rd of May), a three-day forum that brings key decision-makers from every area of the built environment together. The event was held in Leeds with activities taking place at the Royal Armouries Museum. Despite only being three years old, UKREiiF has become the must attend event in the UK real estate industry and we are proud to be associated with them. In their own words, “UKREiiF is an event Beyond BELEiiF”.
During our time there, members of our senior leadership team, such as our CEO Sanmi Adegoke, were able to network with industry colleagues and public officials alike, engaging in enlightening discussions on the state of the built environment and what directions could be taken to progress the industry. We were also able to be in attendance for some fascinating talks on topics such as sustainable infrastructure, diversity in the property industry, and regeneration.
RPG’s Head of Operations, Rachel Kagutuzi, spoke glowingly of her experience, saying, “UKREiiF was an eye- opening experience, it was a great opportunity to meet industry colleagues and most importantly gain greater insight via the panel sessions, into the current industry focus which undoubtedly is ESG. A key highlight was seeing the joy of the team, more so Brian(RPG’s Head of Investment), upon the completion of the social impact fund launch event.”
The aforementioned Brian Moran also gave an enthusiastic review, saying, “It is amazing to see the growth of the conference over the past couple of years. This year was especially exciting as we partnered with UKREiiF to launch the RPG Social Impact Fund, which received a fantastic response. As a partner it is the perfect UK-centric platform that is really focused on bringing awareness to social value and impact investing within the property sector. We are already looking forward to next year.”

On the 22nd of May(the 2nd day of the forum), in the War Gallery, RPG hosted a private event to make a groundbreaking announcement. We have launched our Social Impact Fund! The Fund will transform the way in which we are able to acquire and develop buildings, increasing our capacity and allowing us to positively impact communities on a larger scale.
We would be remiss to not show appreciation to those that helped us on this monumental day and will continue to partner with us in the future. To Vivienne King, Matthew Williams and Richard Lupo, thank you for joining us on the panel. Also, to our partners, Capricorn Fund Managers, The Good Economy, Fladgate LLP, SHIFT Environment, and VISTRA Fund Administrators, we thank you for imparting your support. Without you, none of this would be possible.
