Rehoboth Property Group is proud to announce that we have won a United Kingdom Property Award, falling under the banner of the prestigious International Property Awards.
We at Rehoboth Property Group are delighted to announce that we have received recognition from the esteemed panel of judges of the International Property Awards. We have won an award in the category of ‘Commercial Renovation/Redevelopment Kent’ due to the continued success of our coworking and creative space, The Hill Hub (Legacy Centre) in Dartford, Kent.
The awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. This cuts across five sectors: development, real estate agency, architecture, interior design, and hospitality.
The United Kingdom Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts.
Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Best and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament. The United Kingdom Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the regions. The Awards are in their 30th year (now going on 31st) and cover over 50 different residential and commercial categories. Regional heats are staged for Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific. The top winners in each region will automatically be entered into the overall international awards, culminating in a glittering awards ceremony at the end of the year.
We are extremely honoured to have received this award and it is emblematic of one of our core principles, which is space optimisation.
