The Hill Hub, Dartford

In 2019, a significant milestone was reached when Rehoboth Property Group successfully acquired a prime site directly from the Government body, Homes England.

This site, which comprised a dilapidated police station and a vacant Magistrates Court, presented a unique opportunity for our company to transform a neglected area into a dynamic hub of activity and make a major impact in the community while supporting the council plans for regeneration.

Our vision was clear from the outset: to develop a legacy centre consisting of a workspace ecosystem that transcended the conventional co-working concept.

We wanted to offer a comprehensive solution to the diverse needs of modern professionals, combining both fixed and flexible workspaces under one roof. This approach set us apart from the run-of-the-mill co-working spaces that were prevalent at the time.

This generous footprint of over 10,000 sqft allowed us to cater specifically to the needs of small businesses and entrepreneurs in the area, creating an environment conducive to productivity, collaboration, and innovation.

One of the most remarkable achievements of The Hill Hub Dartford is the recognition it has garnered from both the community and industry experts by winning multiple Awards since opening its doors.

The former police station, now lovingly referred to as The Hill Hub Dartford, became the focal point of our ambitious endeavour. This historic building, which had long been abandoned, underwent a remarkable transformation.

Its revitalisation breathed new life into the heart of Dartford, rejuvenating the community and providing a beacon of hope for local businesses and entrepreneurs.
